Robert Spencer

The founder, Robert Spencer, grew up in a family of military veterans who honorably served all military branches. Robert enlisted in the Marine Corps, eager for the opportunity to follow the family tradition and honorably serve his country. After four successful years of service at Camp Pendleton, California, Robert has called California his home.

Since leaving the Marine Corps, Robert has successfully held roles in technology, including Technical Consultant and leading implementation for Fortune 500 companies. Robert has traveled the world delivering training while employed at ServiceNow. He was promoted to a leadership position, coaching and mentoring a team of technical trainers.

Robert's ambition led him to become the Director of Training for a ServiceNow partner, where he learned the nuances of working with clients, meeting quotas, and mentoring leaders.

Robert has leveraged his experiences to build Third Phase, a ServiceNow Training partner and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to expand the diversity ServiceNow ecosystem.
